After placing your order, you will receive e-mail notification of a new order in the Prevent & Deloza online store, confirming receipt of the order in the queue. You will usually be notified within a few minutes (it may take a bit longer in case of complications or different program settings).
The company reserves the right to reject the order if the product is no longer in stock, or in the event of obvious errors in the display of prices that may occur in the automated processes. In those cases, we will notify you as soon as possible. In case of ambiguity, data verification, or ensuring correct delivery, we may call you at the telephone number entered in the "My Account" segment or when placing the order.
We will prepare the products and send them to your address within the agreed deadline. You will be notified again via email. In the event that due to unforeseen reasons we will not be able to ship the goods within the promised time, we will notify you of the new delivery time by phone or to the selected e-mail address.
After receiving the payment, we will have your order completed.
In case you need help with placing your order, you can contact us at any time at info@prevent-deloza.si.
