The Prevent & Deloza web store offers following payment methods:

Card payment

At our web store, purchasing with payment cards is completely safe. You can pay for purchases with different cards, such as MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Diners Club International... To pay with a payment card, check at your personal bank if the card you want to make a purchase with has the option of web payment enabled. 

When placing an order with card payment, it is not possible to change the content of the order or the final amount afterward. That is due to reservation of funds already being made. Changes, in this case, are only possible by canceling the order and creating a new one. For purchases with payment cards, we will charge you the amount on the day we issue you an invoice.

Proforma Invoice

In the ordering process at the checkout, mark the option "Proforma Invoice". You will receive an email with all the information needed for making a payment: the amount of your payment, transaction account number, the order reference, and the purpose of your payment. 

In this case, you will pay for the ordered goods with a universal payment order (UPN) at the bank, post office, other places that allow payment with a UPN form, or through your online bank or application (Klik, Abanet, Bank@Net, Banka IN, Link, Adikko EBank, mBills...). 

After the payment has been made, you can send us the confirmation of payment to info@prevent-deloza.si in order to process your order faster. The received proforma invoice must be settled within five working days at the latest, otherwise, the order will be canceled. 

Cash on delivery

The order, in which you mark "Cash on delivery" option, follows the same steps as if the payment would have been made with a payment card. You will be notified in your inbox when the order is handed to our delivery service. The difference is that you make the payment in person upon the receipt of the shipment, and the permitted methods of payment depend on the possibilities of delivery services. Cash payment is widely recommended.
